General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

These General Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products via the website glowips.com.

1. Products

The products offered are beauty items and accessories (gloss, exfoliating gloves, eyebrow kits). Their essential characteristics are described on the site. Photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only.

2. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (€), including all taxes. Shipping costs may be added depending on the destination.

3. Orders and Payment

The customer confirms their order online. Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact, Maestro, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay. The order becomes firm after full payment.

4. Delivery

Delivery time: maximum 12 business days.
Delivery possible to Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Switzerland, and other destinations.
Any delays do not give the right to compensation.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., opened gloss or eyebrow kits).
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for errors attributable to Glowips™.

6. Legal Warranty

Durable goods (e.g., exfoliating glove) are covered by the 2-year legal warranty of conformity (Articles 1649bis and following of the Belgian Civil Code).
Perishable or cosmetic products are not covered by this warranty.
