Refund policy
1. Return Period
In accordance with European legislation, you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. Return shipping costs for items returned under your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed. Original delivery costs (if any) are non-refundable.
2. Conditions of Acceptance
Non-perishable products (e.g. exfoliating glove) must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Perishable products or products sealed for hygiene reasons (e.g. gloss, eyebrow kit) cannot be returned once opened.
3. Return Procedure
Contact customer service at contact.glowips@gmail.com, specifying your order number.
Return the product to the address provided by customer service.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective products or an error on the part of Glowips™.
4. Refund
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the customer’s bank:

Shop Pay refunds are usually processed within 24 to 48 hours

For credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), processing times depend on the customer’s bank and may take several business days
If applicable, an ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) can be provided upon request so the customer may follow up directly with their bank regarding the refund status.
5. Defective Products or Order Errors
If you receive a defective or non-compliant product, contact customer service immediately with a photo.
Glowips™ will cover the return shipping costs and will offer a replacement or a full refund.
For durable goods, the 2-year legal warranty also applies in the event of a defect.
6. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
At Glowips, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and excellent customer service.
That is why we offer a voluntary 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. This commercial guarantee allows you to return your product within 30 days of receiving your order if you are not satisfied, subject to the conditions below.
This guarantee is offered in addition to your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) and EU consumer legislation (Ireland).

You may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
- The product must be returned:
- In its original packaging
- With all accessories included
- Clean and in good condition
- Properly secured for transport
The device may be tested under normal personal-use conditions. However, the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee does not cover:
- Excessive or prolonged use beyond reasonable testing
- Deliberate damage
- Accidental damage (drops, cracks, liquid exposure)
- Products returned in unsanitary condition
- Missing components
- Use contrary to the instruction manual
Glowips reserves the right to refuse or partially refund items that do not comply with these conditions.
Shipping Requirements
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- The parcel must be sent with tracking and signature confirmation.
- Glowips is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
Inspection & Refund
All returned items are inspected upon receipt.
If the return meets all requirements, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
If the device has been opened or used beyond reasonable testing, a €15 / £15 reconditioning fee may be deducted to cover:
- Technical inspection
- Safety testing
- Cleaning and sanitisation
- Repackaging
- Administrative processing
- Restocking
Refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
