1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales made via the website www.glowips.com (hereinafter “the Site”), operated by Zeneeti, sole proprietorship, and define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of cosmetic products.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. Photographs are non-contractual.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, including VAT. Delivery is free for all orders shipped within Europe. For orders outside Europe, shipping costs are indicated during order confirmation. Glowips™ reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be charged at the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

4. Orders

Any order placed on the Site constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The customer receives a confirmation email summarizing their order.

5. Payment

Payment is made online via secure methods: Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact, Maestro, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer. Maximum delivery time: 12 business days. Glowips™ cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Belgian and European legislation, the customer has 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Perishable products or products sealed for hygiene reasons (e.g. gloss, eyebrow kit) cannot be returned once opened.
Durable products (e.g. exfoliating glove) must be returned new, unused, and in their original packaging.

8. Returns & Refunds

Return and refund procedures are detailed in the Return Policy available on the Site.

9. Liability

Glowips™ is not responsible for indirect damages related to the use of the products, except for defects in durable products covered by the 2-year legal warranty.

10. Personal Data

Collected information is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Site.

11. Customer Reviews

Reviews displayed on the Site may come from customers who purchased the same product on other platforms, for informational purposes, to reflect general user satisfaction. Glowips™ does not guarantee that each review comes from a purchase made directly on the Site.

12. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law and the law of the European Union.
In case of a dispute, the customer can use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
