Delivery Areas

Glowips™ ships its products within Europe only

Delivery Times

Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours.
The average delivery time is 6 to 9 business days.
In case of issues or exceptional delays, the maximum delivery time is 15 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
You can track your package directly via the “Track My Order” tab available in the site menu.

Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orders may be cancelled free of charge as long as they have not yet been shipped.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible by email at
contact.glowips@gmail.com.

Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse and is in transit, it can no longer be cancelled. At this stage, the package is no longer in our possession but in the hands of the shipping carrier.

If you have received a tracking number, this means your order has already been shipped and cannot be cancelled.

In this case, you must wait until the package is delivered, then contact us so we can provide you with return instructions and a return label, in accordance with our return policy.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected.

The item(s) must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Glowips™ reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned product is not received, is incomplete, damaged, or not in its original condition.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if applicable, are indicated during order confirmation, before payment.
Shipping may be free depending on current offers.

Liability

Glowips™ cannot be held responsible for delays related to the carrier or customs formalities for deliveries outside the European Union.
